Firmenich is a renovation project where we assisted with converting a warehouse into an office building. Edge Mechanical is contributing mechanical installation services to this remodel.

Project Details

 

  • Installation of 3 fume hoods with exhaust

  • Installation & relocation of new fume extraction arms

  • Installation of complete hood system with make-up air

  • Installation of 1 RTU and 1 split system

  • Warehouse converted to an office building

  • Two-story building with basement — 3,182 SF TI

  • One-story building – 13,500 SF TI

  • VRF system

  • 2 Dedicated Outside Air Units
