Completed: Temecula Healthcare Center
After almost two years of working on this project, we are thrilled to announce the completion of the Temecula Healthcare Center. As in the name, the Temecula Healthcare Center is located in Temecula, California and offers both skilled nursing and memory care services.
Project Details
In order to accommodate its target populations, the Temecula Healthcare Center is divided into two separate facilities, with the Memory Care facility totaling 25,500 sq. ft. and the Skilled Nursing facility totaling 54,000 sq. ft. To aid in the construction of this 80,000 sq. ft. healthcare center, our team contributed both design-build and mechanical installation services.
The Memory Care facility includes 32 units with 62 beds. For this portion of the center, we provided design-build services, with complete CAD design plans and a Title-24 report for a permit. In terms of mechanical installation, we installed packaged RTUs for the common areas and single-zone split systems for the living units.
The larger Skilled Nursing facility includes 60 units with 116 beds. As a medical facility, this facility involved OSHPD design and requirements. This facility called for the installation of a hydronic heating water loop with boilers and pumps. For patient rooms, we installed multi-zone HVAC systems with CAV boxes and reheat coils, and for common areas, we installed packaged RTUs. Additionally, we installed centralized exhaust systems, as well as a kitchen grease exhaust system. Finally, DDC controls were also installed to achieve simplified system operations.
